"Oh, back to school, back to school, to prove to dad that I am not a fool!"
So, I have known I should update the blog for a while, but we are just really boring. I never take pictures and still haven't taken the time to figure out how to post them anyway. Since the recipe swap I have taken a little time off from work. My sister came into town with her kids. We decided to go camping for a night with my brother and sister-in-law and their cute little girls and my dad and my sister and her awesome kids. It was pretty fun. My dad's sister died when he was 5 by sliping in the river at the exact campground we went to. He didn't think it would bother him but it sure did. It was crazy to see the small river that can take a child so quickly. Other than that it was pretty fun! My 10 year old niece and I talked until 1am. She is my buddy! We also went camping up Farmington canyon. It was pretty fun. It was just Jeff and my niece Kylee and I that stayed overnight. A lot of good high school friends and their spouses and kids came up for a campfire and smores. It is always fun to catch up with them and see what's new in their lives. I learned that they are all expecting or recently had a baby. It is such a fun stage and I can't wait for our turn! My neighborhood is going to be changing quite a bit with some really good friends moving away. I hope that some awesome families come in their place, although, it will never be quite as good. Jeff started school yesterday at Westminster and I have a feeling it's going to be tough but it won't get any easier for him to get his MBA then it is now. No kids, for now and work pays for a HUGE portion of his tuition! I am really hoping that when his schooling is all done I can start over with mine since I have pretty much one semester done and that's it! I also threw my first baby shower. I have thrown a few wedding showers in the past but not baby showers. They are a lot of work but it was good to have some wardies over for a while to mix and mingle. Jeff flew to St. George for the weekend and ended up only spending one night there but it was still fun for the boys in my family to spend some quality time getting heat rash and golfing like 36 holes of golf in one day. I think that is about all for now that is exciting with us. We are hoping to book a cruise for January or February in the next couple months but we'll see what we decide to do. I have been wanting to go to an all inclusive resort but I am not sure if that is cost effective for what we enjoy when we travel. For now that is all we have. Sorry we are lame for those of who read this blog.

Not Lame. it's your life:) Everybody has different things going on. All inclusive resorts can be fun, if you pick the right one, We've been on a few and end up going to see other things that are close to. But I haven't been on a cruise so I can't compare:) (I have a bit of motion sickness:)
