Remember the joke "is your refrigerator running?" And the answer was, "you better go catch it!" Well I would love for 2 out of 3 fridges in my house/garage to run away or just plain run in the first place. After a month of having our food in a fridge in the garage we now have a brand new, stainless steal fridge in the kitchen. I am so glad! It has been such a pain to go back and forth and move the food from one fridge to another as it would stop and start working every few days it seemed. We bit the bullet and bought a new/nice one and just decided we would take it with us whenever we decide to try and move again. We finished the last few little projects around the house and I am in LOVE with the way it all looks. I need to find a couple more things that are small for our family room but I figure I will wait till I find something I absolutely LOVE.
I would also like to say I am sorry to all those who read the last post. It was depressing and very ungrateful. I am so grateful for my life and the people in it. I have an amazing support system in my life, I just need to learn how to take advantage of the resources I have. I have been having moments where I feel like I have no really close friends anymore but I am realizing now that it is mostly because I haven't been that friend to other people. I am so glad to be working again after taking almost 2 weeks off. I really do have the greatest job in the world. I love and adore all the families I work for. I have been able to go swimming everyday that I work with the kids I watch. It doesn't get much better than that. I have been motivating myself a lot since that last blog entry. I have been running anywhere from 1.8-4.6 miles a day. I hate running, but it feels so good to exercise and feel like I might be heading in the right direction. Next week I start watching a really sweet family on Wednesday the 30th for 2 weeks straight. Surprisingly, I am actually excited to watch them.
My mom had foot surgery on both her feet this last week and I feel like I have been living there for the last 10 days. It was kind of nice to have her forced to take it easy and not worry about work for once. My poor little 3 year old nephew fell off the bed while they were vacationing in St. George and broke his little clavicle. I promise that I will soon take the time to figure out how to post pictures. I can't get them to re size smaller so that they fit on here without being huge and taking an hour to load each picture. That is about all I have right now. Sorry this post is boring too. I didn't want to start a blog for the exact reason that we are boring people.
P.S. I want to go to Lake Powell so bad that I wish I could just hitch hike down there and get on the lake with just anybody. Maybe someday...
